TERMS, CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY
By using this website and completing this contact form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your date in my calendar. No date is officially reserved until this fee is cleared.
Final Payment: For weddings and large events, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. For portrait, fashion, or product sessions, the balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Client Cancellations: If you cancel the booking, the deposit remains non-refundable, as I have reserved that date exclusively for you and turned down other work.
Rescheduling: For outdoor shoots, if the weather is unsuitable, we will reschedule to a mutually agreed date at no extra cost.
3. DELIVERY & IMAGE STYLE
Turnaround Time: Digital galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks for portrait/fashion sessions, and 4–6 weeks for weddings and events.
Editing Style: Digital files will be edited and delivered in my signature professional style.
RAW Files: Under no circumstances do I deliver unedited or RAW files. My work is delivered only as final, fully processed JPEGs.
4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Photographer’s Rights: Marian Moisii retains the copyright to all images taken. I reserve the right to use the photographs for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
Client Usage: You receive a personal usage license. You are free to print, share on social media, and use the images for personal purposes. You may not sell or transfer the images to third parties or commercial entities without my written consent.
5. CONTACT FORM POLICY
Information Provided: Any details you send through the contact form are used solely to reply to your inquiry and discuss your photography session. Your information is confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
